Those aren't very aggressive so I would say 245/30/20 front 275/30/20 rear

regarding spacers it will depend on what tire sizes you get but regarding the offsets themselves Id recommend about 20mm spacer in the front, and 18-20mm in the rear as well.

20mm/20mm ??

some people said 12mm is the max for the rear.

here's what I used to do the comparison http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator, and I used my setup on my M3 of widths 9.5 with offset 22 and 10.5 with offset 20 to compare what offsets you can run, but as said it will also depend on what tire sizes you end up going with.

My old wheels were 20x10 +21. When I bought the car it had 12mm spacers. Tires were 275/30/20. It rubbed on bumps pretty bad even with no passengers.
Without the spacers it was a decent fit with no rubbing. I say 15mm for the rears.
