eBay carbon fiber side splitter review?

Is anyone running ebay cf side skirt/splitters like this one

It looks like the one from POM performance and any other replicas but a tad cheaper. I just dont see the point of running expensive side skirt knowing that ill scrape it and potentially breaking it.
But my question is, how is the fitment of these parts esp the ebay ones?

I tried searching but cant really find one

I can't seem to get over the fact that these look like running boards for my truck. Different flavors for different people.
