Look on the face near the centering pin to see if there is a "MS" logo (Macht Schnell).

Most filter oil I've used is red so will look like k&n if used on any oiled filter. Would guess that one can be cleaned and reoiled.

Absolutely, no reason to change the filter - just clean and reoil when needed.

Macht snell. You can buy their filter oil. I just buy k&n oil as auto zone has it.
