I think the pricing is right, I've had a ton of interest. Financing seems to be the major issue

Maaaybe once rates start to come down, there might be some people who have been patient enough that will be dying to buy one of these.. just not at this time with 7%+ rates

Yeah, rates make financing quite a bit more difficult for some. Hopefully the FEDs pivot and they start coming back down. In the mean time, I will keep enjoying it
