Im looking to purchase a used Active Autowerke supercharger. These kits used go for about 7,000 to 7,500 with a fair amount of mileage on them (5k miless to 10 k miles). I'm located in NYC but willing to travel a short distance to obtain the kit if its worth it.

The last two used kits were sold for about 7500 by member "duyh" and I was offered 7000 for "drakekemper"s Active kit. Just so no one thinks I'm making up numbers the links to these kits are provided. Please feel free to contact me via phone 9178422332

I did thanks. I agree with you even if i get a gen 1 stage 2 and upgrade to gen 2 stage 3 it would cost about 9-9500 but good luck to him

could have an ESS 650 KIT up for sale soon. mildly used about 30k on the kit. I am located in NJ and all maintenance has been performed at AutoCouture Motoring in Fair lawn NJ. No problems with the kit, changed the blower oil every 15k. Kit is a beast PM me if interested. Kit is not off the car yet but looking to sell soon.

sorry to hijack but i think you were suppose to change the blower fluid more frequent than that.

Hey thanks I appreciate the interest. The only reason I rather go active is because of all the superchargers avaliable they produce a large amount of horse power. Not saying high horse power equates to faster but the acceleration seems to greater with an active setup. Also I was told superchargers oil should be changed at 1000 miles after break in then every 5-7k after that like a regular oil change i could be wrong though

im pretty sure I get it serviced by a shop that has installed more than 20 kits. have had the kit on the car for over 20k, never had one issue. not sure where your getting that data. but ill keep it in mind

Vortec and ESS is where I received information on the blower fluid intervals.

buy Binh's kit with the smaller pulley and headers/xpipe and you will be over the 650 kit for less money.
