Probably oil pan gasket.
Mine had a little bit of weeping when I did my rod bearings.

If it has not developed any drips at the bottom of the pan then it would be considered weeping.

It would likely be either the oil pan gasket or the valve cover gasket running down the block/trans crevice.

Lot of times it the valve cover gasket. The crappy paint/coating cracks and flakes causing leaks under the seal.
Mine sprung huge leak at 55k

OP: There is only one rear main seal. If it were leaking there would be oil directly below the center line of the engine, not out the passenger side. Additionally, the rear mains are NOT known to leak on these engines. It's extremely rare. I would suggest inspecting the rear of the passenger side valve cover with an inspection mirror/camera or having a qualified technician inspect the normal trouble spots for you.

Yup you might as well trade it in. I'm sure someone will fix the oil leak and enjoy the car for many more years!
