Idle actuator issue, cold start limp mode
So I've been troubleshooting this issue for the past few weeks when I have time. Only on coldstart this happens...it'll crank a while before starting then goes to 1k rpm and as it slowly goes down to idle it'll limp mode, the revs will jump and it'll then slowly die...codes pointed towards idle actuator so I replaced it. Still happening, ran a few diagnostics via inpa and nothing...when I look at the realtime data as the car starts the returnsoll on the idle actuator spikes to 450ish with 112 being the max... this is a strange problem. Any tips? I can feather the throttle to keep it from going into limp mode, but It also has trouble idling perfectly and the idle Sticks at 700-800rpm when it was at 650rpm before...I looked at the idle actuator and all the lines attached to it, no issues anywhere. The cables look good, haven't gotten a chance to voltage check the lines going to actuator...
