I don't believe you can use 75mm studs with 12mm spacers. At least I couldn't safely do so. So I changed from 75mm to 93mm.

I did not look up the price differences but if you do this conversion you are a track rat and you already know how much 200tw or slicks cost and how long they last. In addition, if you constantly put wheels on and off and torque the studs before and after track day then you might as well do that on M14 studs.
Core4 states that you can run a 12mm spacer on the 75mm length, and a 20mm spacer on the 93mm length, which is concurrent with what other companies who offer stud conversions claim. Not really sure what you were getting at by mentioning the expense of tires.

Never mind about the tires.
The 75mm did not work for me with 10 and 12mm spacers. I did not feel there was enough thread left.

This was my personal choice.

This is 93 on a wheel that does not use a spacer. The biggest difference between the 93 and the 75 is that the 93mm has a long end with no thread. This makes it easier with mounting the tires and not damaging the thread

Thanks for sharing these photos Rhyary, I kind of see what you mean with the length. Just to confirm, you're using the Core4 14mm studs, 93mm length? I'm planning on purchasing the same once my car sees real track time.

How about the rear end? Does the f8x rear drive flang presses in to oem e9x m3 bearing?

Yep, I changed out my rear bearings and installed m14 f80 hubs with pressed in 90mm studs courtesy of core4 recently. Photos are out of order courtesy of Bimmerpost.

Which tool is that you are using?
It's a home made tool, Basically just a cup the size of the knuckle, a threaded rod with thrust washer so it doesn't bind and then I'm filling the remaining rod with anything I have so the socket doesn't bottom out as I'm pulling the old bearing out. Then to install the new bearings and hubs I'm using a cheap bearing race/seal driver kit from Amazon. $30, that has varying sizes to pull the new bearings through with the cup on the inside of the knuckle now, making sure to not damage the inner split race or seal on the new bearings. The hardest part of the job is reinstalling the axles, which takes a creative way to get some leverage on them. Also I'd recommend cleaning up the splines as well as possible.

Bumping this thread. Just did this mod as part of the F8x M3 brake upgrade. Front is easy, rear flange press right into the bearing. They definitely look much nicer than the E9x ones, hahaha:

Do the rears have the same bolt pattern as the fronts on an Xdrive E90? In other words, can I buy 4 rears and do all 4 corners on AWD? or is there a fitment option for the fronts?
