BMW CCA Autocross 3/13 Grand Prairie, TX
Pulled this info out of an email sent to me by the BMW CCA LSC: Registration is now open for the 2010 Lone Star Chapter BMW CCA Autocross (AX) #1 on Saturday, March 13th. Registration closes on March 11th @ 11 PM CDT.
Location: Lone Star Park 2200 North Belt Line Road Grand Prairie, TX 75050-9635 Map Directions - http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&ie...A&z=16&iwloc=A To enter the autocross lot: From Beltline Rd., enter at most southern entry (Gates 3/4/5, Lone Star Parkway) and continue to Gate 5/Pollock Pl. Take a left on Pollock. Take a left on the next street (not parking lot entrance), go to the end, and take a right into the lot. This is our first competitive event of the 2010 season at a new location! Even if you've never tried autocross before, come on out and give it a try!! Instructors are provided. Or, ask for a ride with an instructor to see if you might enjoy it. Rides with an instructor are free! More information can be found on the LSC BMW CCA website http://www.lscbmwcca.org/autocross-schedule.html and if you want to drive in the event you must register. Cost is $30 for BMW CCA members, but non-members can register for $40. Event Information **** Register Online at http://www.dlbracing.com/**** Registration for 2010 events will be 100% online. We will not accept payment on site! Online registration is available until 11PM the Thursday before each event. Tech Inspection All participant vehicles must pass Tech Inspection on site. Tech Inspection begins at 8am and will close at 9am. Mandatory Driver's meeting at 9am. First car will start around 9:30am. Rides in instructor vehicles are free. A helmet must be worn.
