What is this part?

Hope this is the right forum.

In the right front wheel well, at the front, (this is an '08 E90) there's a deflector over the back of the what I believe is the oil cooler with slats angled outward. Mine's been damaged, and I'd like to order a replacement but I can't figure out what the part is. The closest I can find is the 'hole cover' but I'm pretty sure that's not what it is, and all my searching on getbmwparts.com has been fruitless.

Also, for those curious, if this breaks you really do want to replace it. I'm already seeing all sorts of dents and bumps on the back of the radiator, as junk from the tire is hurled into it.

Anyone know? Thanks!

Good point, although I fear it wouldn't help - I've talked with Tischer and they're completely flummoxed, saying it must be just a part of the fender because there's no separate part listed on the diagram - which is true, but the fender image doesn't show this part either. So I'm lost.

(Very large) picture attached. And before anyone says it: No it's not what's listed as 'hole cover' on parts diagrams - this picture was intentionally taken to show that the hole cover (which exists on both driver's and passenger's sides) is *above* the part in question. The broken part is clearly seen here (along with the damage to the radiator as a result).

You're making me cry.

No, it's not part 9. Part 9 is the hole cover. You can clearly see it on the picture I posted, above the damaged part I need to replace.

Looks kind of like # 10 too me. You could always show this picture to the BMW dealer and see what they say, then order the part from a cheaper place.
