Maintenance up-to-date with binder full of records
Oil just changed
Both Throttle Actuator banks replaced
Recently did OEM rotors, pads and sensors pads for all four corners
New spark plugs
New air filter
Rod bearings not done
OEM modded exhaust (2 pipe method; also comes with another original stock exhaust)
Has PPF on front end (1/2 way) and on side mirrors. New owner may want to replace as it’s starting to come loose on some edges.

Other disclosure info:
I am the second owner of this Ontario car. It has a clean title and I purchased from BMW as a CPO vehicle in 2013.

When I purchased it from BMW it was disclosed to me that there was a $1,606 (yes, one thousand six hundred and six dollars) car proof claim which obviously did not deter me from buying.

In addition it has some scratches under the passenger plastic side skirt from the previous owner and the damaged felt under the front chin.

Lastly, I debadged the rear emblem as I prefer to be stealth but will provide a new OEM rear badge for the new owner.

No test drives due to COVID.
