Well the engine adds up. All the retail pricing adds up in what (may have been) spent. Nice car. There is a very small market, can be moved to the right buyer. I'm guessing its a brand new dealer car trying to pull out an exclusive?

Another 10K of cosmetics + miscellaneous small performance stuff like intake, throttle body and pulley.

The question is whether you want to spend it all up front and have all the stuff you wanted pre-installed, or whether you want to amortize that over the life of the car.

Dinan stroker kit is 26K alone.... Cool if you must have that N/A engine. Why in the hell wouldn't you just put a blower on it for less than half the cost?

527/407 huh. I wonder if their math adds up on the dyno. I'd be very interested to see what a car this Dinan'd out actually adds above a stock vehicle. 25% gains?

I'd take the stroker over a blower, but not at this price.

they shouldn't call it a limited edition anymore...
all those modifications just ruined that qualification. hopefully they can offer the new owner all the original parts too so the car can be put back in it's original condition if/when the owner prefers that. |

How does the dinan stroker engine compare to the GTS 450hp engine ?
I always thought "Lime rock edition" was a poor naming choice for a fire orange car. Even though that is the name of the track. The paint would have to be lime color to make that right. |
