In Virginia you can have one readiness fail, and some catless tunes only fail O2 sensor readiness (cat readiness remains).

Yea, when I lived in Alexandria I was about to waste a lot of time/cash buying a stock x-pipe and swapping it out for the test, but luckily I did a little googlizing and came to the realization that it was unnecessary.
