Ditto on the question about miles on the kit. Is everything accounted for?

You'd be surprised. I had my VF620 kit up here for 5200$ and no one bought it for months. Had to sell it to someone in Australia! He got a killer deal to say the least.

Most people on these forums are bargain hunters who want deals that are too good to be true.
I almost gave up selling anything on here.

I keep coming back to this post since I am "softly" shopping these. I think part of the issue is with the listing. There aren't any details and questions are going unanswered which isn't going to inspire consumer confidence.

The thing is this is a used and still quite expensive piece of machinery and it's a wear item. The discount from it's original retail price needs to be compelling enough to mitigate the buyer's risk of getting something that is or could soon be broken or need repair.

FWIW, I'm a buyer at 6k.

I completely agree. Look, I've personally bought and sold items, more expensive items at that(sold my 11k bicycle[yes pedal bike] earlier this year to fund my SC hunt for 5500) and sellers need to be willing to sell at what the market/buyer is willing to pay. The alternative is to not sell it. People need to not take it personally.

ETA: another potential buyer here at around 6k mark.

The forum has bargain hunters... all marketplaces do, but these people rarely get the items they lowball on. There is no harm in trying for a killer deal but that does not mean your 5k offer for this kit is the going rate. Its not, since you won't be able to find a seller willing to give you that deal of a lifetime.

My 2 cents
