Need a resonably priced lawyer in Kitsap County #fightaspeedingticket

Got popped for my first speeding ticket last night doing 62 in a 35. Anyone got a reliable, reputable lawyer that won't charge me an arm and a leg?

$300 a ticket. 4 out 5 times got ticket dismissed. The one that he couldn’t get dismissed got reduced for “inattentive driving”, didn’t go on record but had to pay the ticket and lawyer fee

But seriously...will the cost to hire a lawyer outweigh any cost savings you might see from the ticket being waived or reduced + possible insurance premium increases? How much was the ticket?

I would only "just pay it" if it's in Chelan county. If you take it to court there apparently they almost always hike the charge up on you, even if they have zero evidence. So just don't drive there...ever...

Sadly I know this based on 20+ years of fighting Washington speeding tickets.

Jeanie is batting a 100% dismissal record for me.

Jeanie just got one dropped for me, $550.00 is her going rate atm though.

I too used Jeannie for my speeding ticket in Kitsap County. That section between Port Orchard and Gig Harbor is such a trap.

She charged for an out of area premium, but I think then (about 3 years ago) it was around $300. ~$500 is doesn't seem justifiable for me.

Yeah I should've shopped around but just wanted it taken care of. Still worth it long run over increased insurance costs for me at least.

Totally worth it... I'm just that old dude that remembers when things were so much cheaper and didn't notice the last 20 years of inflation.
