Pretty good price! The VIN year starts with a B. I checked the VIN, production date is 2011-07 which is one of the last E90s!

Nice find if you are signing for it.

While I haven't been to one (I'm lazy to drive out lol), perhaps a nice cruise or track day event is where I will end up meeting you.

Thanks. A nice cruise would be good. Since its my daily I may stay away from the track. I know how hard it is on cars and what can happen. But maybe

I did not but they do a full run through at the dealer because they are a part of sonic automotive. They also had the car at BMW for a recall and I imagine they would have fixed any issues. They told me they repair anything that is not up to par. I physically saw them changing the brakes the first time I viewed the car. They said they also do a full oil service and fluids check.

Ask them for their inspection sheet from when they took the car in and ask if all/any issues were all addressed. You can take the word of the dealer if you like but I think most members will tell you to get your own PPI. You do need to have a little trust in the dealer since you are working with them but in reality most dealers do not fix all known issues before selling a vehicle. It is very possible that panels have been painted. If so, the dealer is not going to volunteer this information, typically. Trust me, the dealer is protecting themselves, you should also. Curious if you have seen the Carfax as I do not recall it mentioned in the OP.

Congrats !! and Nice pick up. Saw the carfax as well and it’s pretty clean.

It looked like the dealer just took some quick photos not having the car fully washed or detailed and posted on the classifieds in a hurry. Unless they were using some type of a potato camera, my eyes may have been playing tricks to me. lol
