Would the Replica Rear Diffuser fit on a car with 3.5" exhaust tips?

It seems the clearance would be tight.

Interested in the Arkym e90 diffuser. Is the blemish in the first picture a crack in the clear coat? Having trouble visualizing where exactly on the diffuser the blemish is..
