Single owner vehicle. Only driven in winter one season (2009-2010), heated garage kept, covered and well maintained. No accident history, free and clear title with no liens. The car is in excellent condition with low miles. Paint is in excellent condition. Clear bra was installed within first month of ownership on the entire front bumper, and a quarter of the way up the hood and side quarter panels. The undercarriage shows very little rust or corrosion. There are a few scuffs on the felt undercarriage protector(see pics) sometimes tough to avoid with this low a car. Interior is in excellent condition with minimal wear. Non-smoker car, never allowed dogs, other animals or children in there..there is one small scuff on the rear seat back, which I have a picture of and can share (I'm maxed out on eBay pics).

The car is mostly stock with the exception of the following items:
Six piston front and four piston rear Brembo Brakes
Eibach Pro-kit springs
Matte black kidney grills and side vents
Rogue Engineering Octane shift kit
Eisenmann race spec "black edition" axle back exhaust system with connecting pipes

The onboard condition based maintenance has always been complied with as has all warranty or recalled items. Car receives a fresh oil change by me each year out of winter storage. The car received a fresh oil change, brake fluid flush and new cabin filters this past summer. Additionally a brand new battery was installed one year ago. Car wears Michelin Pilot Sports up front with good tread life left and close to new Continental Extreme Contacts in back, good tread life left on front and rear (I was on road trip and these were the only tires the nearby shop could getting short order and is why they do not match the fronts. Performance and spec wise, they are very similar tires). The car was just in the local dealer for a recall and also a full inspection was performed. No issues to report.

The car is an absolute blast to drive, sounds amazing, especially at its 8300 RPM redline and handles amazing. This is the last of the normally aspirated BMW M cars, and this particular combo there are not many of...there were only 185 Le Mans Blue sedans made for the US market and even fewer six-speeds in that color. Little background on the owner (me): I've owned a number of great cars over the years, including this one, an e36 m3 race car, a few other BMWs and a couple of Porsches...a few of which have been sold on eBay (see my transaction history and reviews). This is one of the only cars I've had the privilege of owning since new and as such I've cared for it as I would my own child. I'm selling it because it just doesn't get driven much. This is a great car and I hope to see it go to a great home.

Not special order but it is very rare, only 185 produced for NA.

I do not have the stock brakes anymore sadly... Parker, CO? Hopefully the roads open back up for you guys soon! Kind of far, but you should check out SCR Performance up in Loveland. They helped with my e36 build. Great guys.
