Exactly as above. Coast in. I drop into N. Tap brakes to stop. Then turn off.
I found out the hard way after a red flag. I kept my foot on the brake for 30s to a min. Took me weeks to get the deposits off, because I don’t drive the car very often.

I think 36psi hot for street tires and close to the stock curb weight is about right. The good thing about the E9X chassis is you can run a lot less front neg camber. Unlike the E46, you can dial in a pretty good dual purpose alignment.

I ran -2.5 deg front camber at 36psi hot and had even tire wear. Stock specs and 36psi hot in the rear.

You can sort of coast in real slow and just tap the brakes to get it to stop. Then neutral and off.
Why put it in neutral first? I just stop the car and then turn it off.
