OMG it's an M3! It can't be!

You continue to side step the actual car you own, or you have been driving. I recall you said it was a 328i, right? That was my point, why are you so quick to post other people's car, yet not your own. I have experience with various 911s, tight little cars to get in and out of, but I don't go around acting like I own them or own opinoins on them

btw, didn't quote you, especially not on that m5, license plate in pictures...bad joo joo.

I own a C63 AMG(Pics when she comes in) The 3er has been gone for awhile now. Now that I've proved I've actually driven and experienced the M3 first hand, this 'troll' business stops. I have never acted like I 'own' them. My posts always include 'MY FAMILY HAS OWNED' Everyone has their own opinion on what they want from a car and I have mine.

You're right. Not a good idea. Fixed.

Odd, I thought you are still awaiting delivery, atleast that is what you posted the other day, but ok great... should be interesting to hear about your ownership in the AMG coupe...

I think I can predict the future.....but I digress.

Honestly, Very comfy and the engine(like all BMW's) is a masterpiece. Exhaust note is aggressive as well. My only problem with it is the fact that it has the old iDrive system. The new is leaps and bounds better.

Boos Boos.

I will get the pearl white black edition. Undisclosed to my wife so it has to come in May when she wont be home. He he he.
Funny you mentioned the "Undisclosed" part. This was my first car over 100k and I have walked away from 2 GTR deals on different occasions. On each one my wife was always sold no matter what the terms of the deal were. On the third and final time we went she wouldn't let me walk out of the dealership without the car. Good luck and enjoy it in good health.

You know that you are going to take a hit on the MB right, it's not going to be easy to flip that car for close to what you paid, I promise you nobody is going o buy a used c63amg coupe for more than 60k.

And you won't get hosed on an M car? Do your self a favor and head on over to Autotrader.com. A few M3's can be had for a measly 25K and there are many available in the 30's.

Now, bearing in mind that most of the posters on this forum allegedly claim to have paid in the 80's for their fully-loaded M3's () how much do you think you'll be able to sell it for?

Topspeed --- You're an absolute liar. The lowest price is $35K with an assload of miles. The AVERAGE price is $50K. These are all cars that are 4 model years old (2008) model).

I have been reading about his C63 for a while now and now he says it's not even built. Is the C63 some kind of unilateral wet dream or is it real? The kid is 22 and claims 10 years of BMW experience, which means he started reviewing BMWs since he was 12 years old from....the passenger seats...Unfortunately, the popularity of this forum draws irritants like him and others. In other forums, they will wait all day to even get their message read let alone get a reply. He's probably going to threaten to put me on ignore. That would certainly commensurate with his age.

No dyslexia here junior....just common sense. The car that you have listed above for $25K is wrecked with a salvage title. Get real man.

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

On top of that please follow along....we are talking about coupes here. E90 M3's are $4-5K less on average resale to begin with.

For comparison sake, the C63 average asking price is just about the same as the M3 at just under $50K. There are just not as many C63 produced and/or for sale

Traditionally, MB cars take hits more than most other luxury brands. Even more so in their AMG models. If you want to cringe, take a look at some of the hits that a blackseries takes, especially a CLK.
Note, I never said that the M3 holds in value, I was really responding to the path of, I got a c63amg coupe, next year I plan to trade up and get a 2013GT-R, from a financial perspective, if you can't afford a 2013 this year, you probably can't afford the loss on the AMG and the pickup on the GT-R, considering the difference is currently the depreciation.

For godsake please try to follow along.....we are talking about coupes and the lowest one is $35K. That is the TRUTH. It doesn't matter what the lowest or highest is...the average for an '08 or '09 ONLY is damn near $50K. I know this is factual as I looked high and low for an '09 in September with plenty of bells and whistles with less than 15k miles and the best deal I found was $52K. My car originally stickered for $76K...that's a 68% residual. Not out of this world great but pretty damn good.

Kind of funny how you just glossed over your post of the "some can be had for $25K". There was ONE, it was a SEDAN and it was wrecked with a salvage title You have no credibility. Now please go away with your nonsense.

Are you unwittingly ignorant or intentionally obtuse? Did you even bother to look at the pic before you opened your trap? The vehicle listed for ~31K is a fully loaded COUPE.

So are you going to continue to check Autotrader everyday to try and find one for less than $35K? This was listed yesterday...AFTER I posted my comment. On top of that I did a COUNTRYWIDE search for an '08 coupe at less than $35K and there was ONE. Look at the average price and get back to me.

There are 157 '08 coupes for sale in the US on Autotrader and the AVERAGE price is $46,241.

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/search...=1323529485450

Lastly, please tell me where the ones that you claim "can be had for $25K" are located? I want to buy them.
