Friends, Family, Community..

Just like all of you, we here at Autocouture are going through these tough times and doing our part to prevent further spread of this virus. We owe it to each other as friends and family to respect social distancing. After the news broke out this past weekend about the closure of non-essential businesses, as an automotive repair facility, we are allowed to remain open. We are taking this responsibility very seriously as we are keeping our doors open to the local police departments, EMT, and all emergency vehicles for any of their needs. Of course, we are also taking appointments for basic maintenance and modifications too, but with a specific protocol.

Here are some of the guidelines we have put in place to ensure both yours and our safety, while we continue to maintain and upgrade your vehicles.

-All vehicles are to be dropped off a minimum of (2) days prior to your appointment. We have a drop box located on our front door for keys to be put in.
-All vehicles are getting a steering wheel covers, seat covers and employees are to wear gloves during any and all contact with the vehicle.
-All payments are to be received remotely either with credit card authorization forms or Paypal.
-All invoices are to be sent via email once payments are made
-All vehicles are to be picked up with no physical contact with Autocouture employees.

We are thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and areas throughout our work space in the office, in the shop and in customer cars as well as keeping our staff up to date on all members within each of our households health as well as our own.

While we have always provided discounted services for law enforcement and military personnel, we would like to extend this further by providing these same discounts to nurses, doctors, EMT's, and any health care service workers as a thank you to our courageous front lines and first responders.

We want to thank all of you for your continued support through these difficult times. Please stay safe and healthy!

I applaud your implementation of these business practices! Well done, and first class.

What products are you using to disinfect the rod bearings prior to installation for possible contamination with covid19?

I'm not sure I follow. We have multiple rod bearing kits in stock and have been in stock for a few months now. Unless Dr. Fauci says otherwise, I doubt COVID19 can survive the tight clearance of the bearings.
