Seems like a decent deal for the spec, could easily be an EAG car--just without the $10,000+ hike in price.

Awesome spec, cleanest exterior possible with the slicktop and lack of cold weather washers or sensors. And it's a ZCP?! Way worth the money!

Total shit ad, but yeah seems like it could be a great deal if it checks out. I paid that much for my car with 20k more miles and a DCT.

Makes me realize how lucky I was to get a 23.6k mile E92 M3 6MT for 34k, granted I had to fly literally coast to coast, but was so worth it

The E90 market pricing is much higher since there are fewer cars, especially if you really want a slick top.

Examples like this never seem to pop up local to me. And this one is really close. Thanks for posting the find.

a comparable e90 vs the same e92 is usually 5-10k+ more over the e92. This is the cream when it comes to desirable specs. So 40k is a really good price.

Either this is already sold or seller has no interest in selling by not responding to any inquiries.

Or the guys at EAG found it first...like they make it their job or something.

When I found an LMB E90 local to me I emailed the guy within 24 hours and he already had a deposit. I had to beg and plea with him just to see the car because the buyer had to arrange financing and I was willing to pay him in cash. He took the ad down just because so many people were flooding him.

They might just be responding to emails first in first out also.

Lol, I bet it's a cross country buyer who didn't want to lose the car to someone local.

The market is crazy, especially for these rarer spec cars. I feel lucky to have gotten my run of the mill 65K mile AW 6spd manual E92. Seller posted the ad within a few hours of when I called and I offered a deposit immediately. Supposedly there were several other buyers that tried to give larger deposits to see the car lol.
