Heated seats power source

I bought a pair of heated front seats plus a wiring kit. The instructions aren’t real specific about where to tap into power for the heating elements. Rather than taking power off a blade fuse via an adapter, is there a more professional DIY method? Is the entire fuse block powered so that I could use an open slot and add a fuse?

Thanks very much for any help. My butt and back are starting to get cold.
