HVAC Blower Motor Wiring

Hi all -
My hvac stopped working a while ago and I have slowly been diagnosing the issue. I got a new final stage resistor and blower motor thinking they just needed replacement, but I hooked up the wiring harness to the new motor and resistor and it wasn't working. I'm thinking it may just be the wiring. This is what my wiring looks like:

Is this what it's supposed to look like after a recall/replacement?
Thanks!

It seems pretty obvious to me now that this is the "fixed" new harness spliced on. I will do some continuity checks today to try to see where my issue is, but I suspect I will just need to do a new full long wire harness.
