If you guys are still interested I'd like to get the ball rolling on getting a batch of washers made up. I sent off a CAD file to a friend and got a quote for 100 pieces to be able to keep the cost per piece down enough to keep the retail at $30 per set shipped. That means I will have stock for 25 people in about 30 days.

Would you guys like to start another list? I can make a separate thread if need be. I don't necessarily need to wait on 25 people to produce these either. I will have the washers in 30 days or so to begin shipping to whoever pops up looking to get this project done.

yeah I see why you sent this job overseas. I got quoted 1500 to cnc 40 pieces. Crazy. I said no thanks and they offered to do it for 1100... I was like uhhhh that's not even close to reasonable... but I think I've got a solid connect now where I'd be able to make this happen at $30 for a set of 4.

Haha I live in Malaysia, my sis lives in MI. So happened she was back for Xmas so I thought I would get this done. I also got quoted something crazy for 4 pcs (not as crazy as yours tho) so decided to make more and offer it for sale.

I am likely going to commit to the order for washers by the end of the week. Looks like decent interest still. I'll keep everyone posted.

So apparently Schirmer uses the same Meyle-Original bearings for their cars. That's enough to dispel any doubt I may have about the Meyle brand. Lol.

The same $30 for now. I'll have to see what shipping comes out to but I am banking on being able to get them out to people in an envelope for cheap. Should be <10oz for 4 washers.

For those who paid for the original group buy of tapered washers, your packages are with USPS. Please check your PM for your tracking number and delivery address.

This concludes this GB. Happy modding!

Thanks all!
