DIY rear seat removal

Does anybody know how? I've done searches but came up empty, please help! Thanks.

4 t-50 bolts. And unhook the harness. Pretty straight forward.

Thanks for that but that was for the two front seats. I need to remove the rear seats.

1) Might want to mention if what kind of car you have (e90, 92, or 93) when asking for help. Put it in your sig or something.
