Lux 180 question / halo

Was looking to upgrade my e90 m3 halos and get the lux 180 set , well upon taking cap off it seems I already had a set on my passenger side ( don't light up) and the drive side is missing the other 180 bulb and is missing the actual bulb? Question will I need a new set for them
Both to work I'll attach photos

Try to see if the angel eye works with a stock bulb. There’s has to be a reason why one side has a bulb and the other does not. Usually the LUX are sold in pairs. Swap the side that had the bulb to the side that doesn’t to see if there’s anything wrong with that side.

Hey, what happened there mate. As Ram says, Lux comes in pair. Get some and put them in. If not working you have some issue with the supply that needs to be sorted anyhow.

Cheers

Depending on how long the light has been out the frm might have thrown a short circuit fault so even with working bulbs the side rings may not light up. If that's the case it needs to be reset via coding

I just noticed it a couple days ago when i was looking to upgrade lol. ( owned the car 4 month never noticed it until I opened hatch) but yes I will try and swap to the other side and see if lights up.. no recent dash lights pertaining the headlights so I'm still confused why one is missing and the side doesn't light up. Lol thanks for info everyone!!

I've seen a few BMWs with the Angel Eyes disabled as DRLs in the US**
