Connected drive
Hi all, sorry first post on here and it is about a problem:
i am trying to use BMW online on my M3 e93. i have a valid subscription but i cannot load at all BMW online as i am unable to log in at all into my account i dont know if it is a problem of my bluetooth connection or it is just that the BMW servers are shite. when i try to log in it tries to authenticate but it fails all the time password and username are correct as i am able to log in onto my account while on the PC. Spoke to BMW connected drive they were as useful as sand in the desert and they have told me to go to the dealer, which i am sure will understand more than them. before i bring it to my independent does any of you had this issue before? thank you in advance for all of your help |

As I recall the E9X was G2 and no longer works! The world is now G5

This stopped working in the 2010s for most people because it used 2G cellular for the connection.
When this was sunset, those people with active contracts were offered a LTE retrofit, which was only installed directly by the dealer, and supposedly was a messy install. An extreme minority of these cars would have it. It is not possible to get the retrofit if you don't already have it. |
