What else to replace

Car has 81,000 miles both throttle acuators are done. Spark plugs done.

I will be replacing the thermostat in a few weeks what else should I replace while already being in that area of the engine?

I am going to combine a few things. Like valve cover gaskets. But my car is 10 years old and has 95k.

Nothing else unless it’s requiring attention, check the rubber sections of coolant hoses for becoming brittle.
