Light battleship grey would be sick. Anything too drastic like orange or green isn't going to look good on white as you will see white lines around the edges and doorjams.

and how does it hold up in regards to washing/waxing and such?

EDIT: I like the lime green for sheer lunacy. If there is a color to use that can be taken off later, its that sick green. Matte silver, maybe dark like titanium, might also be cool.
