Hi,

Looking to buy a 2009 or up M3 sedan. Any color. I'm NY based, but am willing to travel anywhere in the US for the right car. Cash purchase, no liens, no bullsh*t.

Seller must be willing to allow a Pre Purchase Inspection (buyer paid).

Ideally car would be around or under the $30k mark.

Mandatory:
- 80k Miles or under
- DCT (wife needs to drive...)
- Fold down rear seats

Nice to have:
- Nav
- Premium Sound
- Sunroof

It would be nice to have some of the known maintenance issues fixed:
- DCT pan seals
- Valve cover gasket
- Bearings
- Throttle Actuators
