How do i reset my rollover protection bars in my bmw e93?

Hey guys i have had an accident in my BMW e93 and my rollover protection bars in the back seat have been deployed. Just wondering if anyone can help on how to reset them or put them down again.

Quick question was the top up or down and did the rollover bar damage the car at all?

Sorry o hear about the accident. Must have been pretty bad to trigger the rollover bars.

Pictures? I dont think I've ever seen them deployed before.
