I ordered a couple of items nearly a month ago and not heard anything since. I live in the UK so it could just be the post being rubbish.

An e-mail when he dispatched might have been nice. I sent him an e-mail this mornign but not got anything back yet.

I apologize for that. We have really had some issues with the painted grilles and yours together with some of the other members' orders are the last batch that we will do.

We will do our best to get the painted grilles out to you, as soon as possible.
