It was a couple grand over the average, but this one had EVERYTHING I wanted...with the 3 most important being the color, 6MT, and carbon roof..just like the first launch cars. One year later and I love it even more than day 1 !

Miles? On the surface, I don't think you got robbed. It was only 3-4 years old and CPO. Plus the right E90 (esp 6MT ZCP) is really hard to find - ask me how I know!

Shit I forgot to add that it had about 16k on it.. Yea at the time I was willing to pay it bc I was looking for one for about a year at that time.. I had to drive all the way to Connecticut for it about 2 hours away.. It was pretty much brand new.. But now I'm looking at the prices and I'm like damn should of waited..

With that mileage, two years ago... That wasn't a bad deal in the slightest! EAG would charge that much today, two years later and out of warranty/maintenance contract.

Exactly. It's ~$20k off of the new price after 3 years and 16k. Plus it's pretty rare and had long since been discontinued when he bought it. Not a bad price at all two years ago, not to mention it still had factory warranty and maintenance left.

check vin on a vin decoder - ex bmwvin.com Check page 16 for E92, 27 for E90, 34 for E93 in the guide below. Code by code you can see what you've really got and are missing. For example, I am missing:
507 Park Distance Control (rear)
5AC Automatic high beams
