Can't believe I am saying this but considering selling it
What do you think this is worth? Too bad it's got a sunroof, I compromised on that when I bought it as just about everything else lined up.
2011 E92 6sp with Comp package, sunroof with 49k miles. Jerez black on black. I am the second owner, garage kept by me and the previous owner and you can tell. Interior like new. Exterior has zero paint work and ceramic coating applied. A few rock chips here and there on the hood but nothing drastic. I can remove the mods and get it close to stock. Dinan intake, Dinan cross supports, black chrome exhaust tips, OEM exhaust mod, gloss black grills, black side grills, individual audio. Ultimate Clutch Pedal and Ultimate Pedals stainless pedals including the foot rest. BPM Sport Tune installed. Never been to Autocross or track with the car. Factory wheels are powder coated a dark bronze. Michelin 4s all around with 8000 miles on them. Oil changes, brake flush x2, PS flush and spark plugs all completed at dealer. I have put 10k miles on the car having owned it since October 2016. Have all receipts and recalls done. Verifiable cared for car. No engine work done or needed. Car has had two issues since I have owned it. Thermostat the day I bought it and a DRL that was aftermarket and both replaced with stock. |

Why are you selling? in todays market I suspect you'd get around 30-33k.
Like you said, the sunroof will keep some buyers away, as I think most enthusiasts appreciate the detail in the CF work.

It's not for sale and I may not sell it. I really love the car but just don't drive it enough/much. Appreciate the input.

Glad you're keeping it. For what it's worth, I purposely sought out a sunroof. I wouldn't buy a car without it. If you put identical cars side by side one with sunroof one with CF roof, not only would I pay more for the sunroof, I flat out wouldn't even considering buying the car without one.
I've always used my sunroofs, in every car I've owned, every chance I get.

That's a great point and I use mine as much as the Houston heat will allow and just about every opportunity I have. But.....I really love the CF roof look.
I just feel like a million bucks when I drive that car. |

The current market for E92 M3s, they're all in the mid $20k range unless it's a good condition Competition with low mileage which may go for $30k-$35k or so.
I feel the competition package is rather overrated. You can get the same spending a little bit of money on suspension and some good tires. F80 Competition package makes a much bigger difference as opposed to the E92 one.

1. It's a 6 speed, and from what I see they always fetch a nice coin more than their DCT counterparts. 2. It's Comp package which most people want and are willing to pay a premium for. 3. Although not extremely low mileage, it's still very low. Lower than many on the market right now. 4. Clean history, no repainting. In my opinion, I think you could EASILY get around $35k for the car. Especially if you are in no rush to sell. But either way DON'T SELL IT! |

I open the sunroof even before putting on my seatbelt. Since I wanted an E90 it made the decision even easier since Slicktops are pretty rare and CF wasn't offered. And the truth is I may have even passed on a Slicktop since I'm a big time sunroof user. To each their own though. |
