GTMotoring....GO ELSEWHERE!

I am a fair guy, but this is BS. I purchased something in stock, verbally confirmed, fairly expensive, over 3 grand. Ordered on a Friday was told it will ship out on the Monday. Fine no big deal. No tracking number for over a week, requested it many times by phone and email.

This is now the next Monday (7 days later), nothing has shipped. A tracking number has finally been issued to me, but its BS as the items were supposed to be delivered today but Fedex claims they have not received any packages.

Is this fraud, Fedex seems to think so. Just don't know why people can't give you a straight answer, and the straight truth. That's how a business should run. Fix your problems and help the customer, and earn your money.

So I am still giving them a chance to fix this before I post again with more detail. I just don't want another forum member to go through this.

Just buy from someone else, I have lost my confidence in GTMotoring.

Sorry to hear about your issue with GTM. I've purchased several items from them and have had zero issues with their service as well as shipping/delivery of items.

I had worse experience with them before. It turned out almost 9 months and they just took the money never place the orders.

Ash, I sent you an email this morning to get your best contact number so we can go over your order. There was an issue locating one of the wheels at the importer as it was mis-shipped elsewhere. Finally got a straight answer for ya. basically 2 wheels, same size and color, different PCD. one got mis sent to another customer.

I'll follow up with you today of course.

No matter what happened to the order or product.. a good customer service is always to be honest and keep the customer updated daily as to what is happening. As long as you follow up and keep good communication with the customer, then it is not a big issue if an order takes extra time because they heard from you and are aware of what is going on. Bad customer service to leave a good paying client in the dark for a full week!

It just sucks threads like this exist. GTM has been working with me and explained the situation to me. Like I said I am a fair guy and after I got the explanation, it's understandable. Apparently the wheels will ship out today and they are covering 2day shipping. I will hopefully be able to post up some pics after the install hope everything else works out. Thanks for the responses.

Everything is all sorted out, GTM paid for faster shipping and got me my items. Communication works the best in these matters.

From my personal experience, Communication has been an issue with these guys. I just take my business somewhere else, luckily for us there are plenty of vendors who understand customer service..

Glad everything got resolved for you.

Glad you getting your wheels! I know the feeling because I just went thru it with a diferent vendor here but finally got my wheels delivered after 35 days from shipping day. It's all about good customer relations if the vendor keeps the customer informed at all time of any delays there shouldn't be a problem as long they are doing their part as a busisness.

im new here but ive been purchasing online with lots of vendors
and this is not my first order with gt-motoring, guess what the first time delay without informing anything until i have enough anger and ask (about 2-3 weeks) and this time its ummmmmmm.......2-3months back and the same thing they will answer only when you complain or ask

really think how can a company like this are not out of business yet?

ps. gt-motoring you better be straight and start to act like a man......grown up man

The prices are pretty good, and that's why for one of my purchases I was forgiving on the getting the tracking order immediately. I did have to check multiple times to get it from them though. oh well.
