TPM won't reset
So after some searching and fallowing the reset procedures, nothing is happening. Story is a bit long so i'll try to be brief.
TPM flasing during start up indicated left-rear wheel TPM. Recently replaced all four TPM's with Huf https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3...yle-models/not OEM BMW with new set of tires. Initially my idrive system allowed me to click on the "reset" menu but it didn't work and delete it. Now every enigne start up, I get the messege on the iDrive screen warning about TPM. If I navigate to reset the TPM in the iDrive "settings" menu, the option is subdued so I can't click on it. - Tires have proper pressure - I do not have a BMW specific OBDII code reader, just generic one so don't have any specific codes to report. Is there a specific method to reset beyond the iDrive method? Are these TPM's the incorrect ones? I have an early 2008 e92 M3. |

Did you try the bc menu on the turn signal? I literally saw a YouTube video in this a few days ago. Google is your friend.

I think I saw the same video as well. I tried that but since I have iDrive, that option on the bc menu displayed on the instrument cluster does not have that option. Yes, I've been googleing it all day.

I have an early 2008 M3 and I got these TPMS sensors and they worked without having to press the TPM button. I just starting driving and the TPMS light went away in 1-3 minutes of driving.
