Battery Registration with Foxwell Nt510

I tried to register a new battery and it says registered but the new values don't match up. I searched and found this is common but couldn't get a definitive answer whether it successfully worked. Anyone have experience with this? I believe this is also similar to Schwaben tool. Thanks

That happened to me about 5 years ago with the nt510. The M3 didn’t work registering the battery, but I was able to register on the e90 328i and e82 128 and 135 with the nt510. For some reason the m3 didn’t work. I just use ista to register now.
