I was thinking 19" would look a little small but to my surprise they dont...Heres what it would look like with an agressive drop and white reflectors!

I have seen 19" LMR and they do look too small. The reason the LM looks bigger is the design. If youre going with LMR get it in 20". U will regret it if you get it in 19 because they will look too small.

You obviously havent had a good quality coilover system yet. I went from H&R (horrible) to PSS9s (awesome) to KWv2 (the best) and I can honestly say the ride can be adjusted to *almost* stock comfort. You will hardly notice a difference if you set it up properly. You should re-consider man.

Actually, I'm sponsored by AST/Vorshlag/Whiteline on my track car and have the opportunity to go 'all out' with this one...just not ready for that plunge. Unfortunately, I have the propensity to go overboard on things and don't want to kill this car like I have with my other...so while I'm at it, here's what's been done to my track car (2007 Subaru STi): Intake/Header/Exhaust (TS Performance): APS 65mm CAI Grimmspeed 8mm Phenolic Spacers Grimmspeed High-Flow Up-Pipe w/External Wastegate (venting to atmosphere) Grimmspeed Ported/Polished/Ceramic-Coated OEM Turbo Grimmspeed Ported/Polished/Ceramic-Coated Throttle Body Grimmspeed Ported/Polished Intake Manifold Grimmspeed Ported/Polished/Ceramic-Coated Exhaust Manifold/Cross-Over Pipe Grimmspeed TGV Delete APS Catless Turbo-Back 3” Exhaust APS High-Volume Top Mount Intercooler APS 3" Turbo Inlet APS Dual BOV Motor (RynoMoto): Blueprinted/Balanced Rotating Assembly (con-rods, crankshaft, pistons) Blueprinted Shortblock (stock bore) w/custom oil channeling and race bearings Wiseco Coated/Forged Pistons with hand-filed Rings ARP Grade 8 mains, connecting pins, studs Stage 1+ Ported/Polished Heads w/2-angle valve job Brian Crower Valvetrain with custom lashing for high-rpm use Customized 08 STi Oil-Pump (Hi-Volume) Heat-Dispersant Coating (Black) Fuel/Tuning (AWDTuning): Custom ECU/Engine Management Tune (E85) AlkyControl Alcohol/Methanol Injection Kit (5gph) Deutcshwerks 1085cc Fuel Injectors Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump Pro-Drive 3-Port Boost Solenoid Chassis/Brakes (TS Performance): Goodridge Stainless Steel Brake Lines Girodisc/Stoptech Full Floating Slotted Front Discs, Slotted Rear Discs Pagid (PSS19) Front & Rear Race Brake Pads AST 4100 Single-Adjustable Coilovers, Spring Rates: 400F/350R Vorshlag Front/Rear Camber Plates Whiteline 27mm Front & Rear Sway Bars ('Soft' Front, 'Medium' Rear) Whiteline Spherical Bearing Front & Rear Endlinks Whiteline Heavy Duty Front & Rear Sway Bar Mounts Whiteline Roll Center Adjustment Kit Whiteline Anti-Lift Kit Whiteline Toe Lock Kit Whiteline Camber Bolts Front & Rear Whiteline Rear Lateral Links Whiteline Strut Tower Bars Front & Rear Whiteline Differential Support-Lock Bushings Whiteline Steering-Rack Bushings Whiteline Gearbox Mount Bushings Corner Balanced, 1% left/right differential -4/-3.5 Camber -.1 Toe Out Front, 0 Toe Rear Interior/Driveline: Recaro SRD Seats Kartboy Short Shifter/Shifter Busings 5Zigen FN01-RC w/JDM Direzza 03G 'R' Compound Tires Though not complete, this setup should yield a reliable ~380-400whp (upgrading to a GT3076HTA will get me into the ~450-500whp, right now I'm on the stock VF43) capable of sub 1.24 times on the 1.7 CCW at MSR-Cresson. Sorry for the long post, but I went into a roll...just to excited about my car (it'll be done mid-October...I blew the motor out at the GRM Ultimate Track Car Challenge). Anyway, we'll see on the lowering... =) -Rich |
