It's rather new. It should straighten itself out come summer with the humidity. Same thing happened to my Honda banner on the other end.

It's been a while. Bought a few things. Built a few things.

Purchased the BimmerCode app and went through pretty much all I could understand and customized to my likings. Still missing my power folding mirrors but I'll live.

Also finished the interior rejuvenation with Swissvax's Leather Cleaner and Conditioner.

My new OEM badges came in. As you can see, they're well deserved.

Pressure Washing Season!

Here's some updates of my customer installed Karcher 1700 cube. All the credit goes to Matt at Obsessed Garage and the rest of the FB group.

Dedicated Bucket Filler

I couldn't mount the Prier hose bib at the height I desired due to it being an interior wall so I built my own out of copper.

Nice update Mark! What's the Facebook Group called...I'd love to check it out.

I'm going to re-read your entire journal, just because I love how detail-oriented you are with your car, and of course because I'm a HUGE fanboy!

Another OG gem. These things are awesome. You wouldn't believe how smooth and stout a hand crank pressure hose reel can be until you use it.

Finished Product

I'm super stoked with how everything came out. The biggest problem I had with keeping my cars as clean as I'd like was setup and break down. Well that isn't an issue any longer.

Compressed Air

I don't do much with air, other than filling tires and the occasional kids toys for the pool but boy does it looks clean! Maybe when I upgrade garages I'll do something a little bigger but for now, it'll do.

Another company I found out about via Matt at Obsessed Garage. This is piping company he uses for his custom kranzle wall mount solution. They offer a bunch of cool swiveling couplers and blow guns.

Needed a new hose for the house. Look no further. These 5/8" polypropylene hoses are insane. I opted for their matching quick disconnects as well. Eley is know for their super slick hose end terminations. I see why.

I set some time aside to detail the wheels in preparation for the new emblems and center caps on the 220m wheels.

OEM plate hardware hiders

Found these on the Bmw catalog and thought they were cool. Still haven't figured out how they install or whether or not I need a certain plate frame but cool nonetheless.

There's nothing better to me during a rejuve than the first real vacuuming and installation of a brand new set of floor mats. It makes the car feel brand new again. My car came with optional OEM all weather mats which I'm not really a fan of. They're for sale by the way. So since it had the hook type anchors, that meant removing those in lieu of the velcro anchors. A quick counter clockwise 1/4 turn and pull and they're out. I'll be honest, I had to google it lol.

Two Bucket Method

Seeing I use the two bucket wash method, I got tired of picking them up and carrying them around the car with me. Here's to $60 well spent.

Lovely. My car also came with all weather mats and my dad hooked me up with brand new carpeted mats for Christmas. One of my favorite things about the interior now.

Damn, BMW paint is hard! Taking time but it's surely correcting out nicely.

More to come...
Fun build thread. Well done. Nice garage setup, too.

So, you've found that Meguiar's Mircrofiber Cutting Pads (not Finishing Pads) paired with Sonax Perfect Finish works really well as a one-step?

I don't know that I'd say it works well but it CAN work as a one step one basically most imperfections. Some are still there but I didn't care to sand or go more aggressively.
