Callers to a local radio morning show were saying there were lines around the restaurants at 6am. Crazy.

The radio station then sent their intern out with a shirt and tie, clipboard, and megaphone to pose as a Denny's employee and announce to people in line that they had run out of eggs, etc.

there's a denny's right by my office, and it's always dead when i pass it each morning around 6am. this morning, the parking lot was full, and i saw droves of people walking in. good luck to all.

Did he take the day off to get some free thin/fatty/greasy bacon?

On the other hand a guy who has lost his job gathered change up and needed the free food. He was going to give the change to the waitress/waiter for a tip

because he knew they would be getting stiffed.
