Congrats!! I am now so jealous of you guys, since we don't know when is the M-DCT will be avaliable in Canada nor does it may follow the US what calls the "limited production" in the spring. Now is just the beginning of the new year, and I don't want to wait a complete year to get the car with M-DCT in the late September as the 09' model. C'MON BMW CANADA!!

Amazing, we are always the last ones to know! Don't be surprised MSRP starting at 82k

I think the price is some where around the 80k, but my dealer told me that the actual MSRP for the E92 M3 might be cheaper than most of us would expect, like 78k for instance. but to me, since my budget is clear and the +/-thousands is not really a problem to me. instead, the dateless waiting is painful. The sales price and date will be announced on the Feb 15th in Toronto's international autoshow. A buddy in this forum said that the expected sales date starts at the end of March which is the same as the US.
I do not think they will say anything about the M-DCT. I just want to get the car before June, otherwise it will definitely to introduce the M-DCT on the 09' M3 which arrives at September, and I don't want to wait until my passion on the M3 start to fade away

Actually, the US launch date is March 8 according to communications several of us have had for BMWNA.

Ok i got a production #, however there is a problem...when i enter it for registration at the OC website i get:
"The production number you entered, xxx2629, is for a Sparkling Graphite Metallic 2008 BMW M3 Coupe . If this is not your vehicle please check the production number you entered and click Re-Check Production Number. If this is your vehicle please click Continue."

The car i ordered is Jerez Black, not Sparkling Graphite. Anyone else get a error like this? Maybe its just the bad database. I did email my SA and notified him of this before I complete registration.

The allocations come preconfigured. The dealer changes it in the system to your specs. The website is notoriously slow to update. Don't worry!

Congrats on the good news, Fifth. Hopefully it's just a glitch w/ the OC mix up.

I changed the color of my car the day before it went into production from SG to AW. then got teh call from my dealer you car is at 150 status. so I checked the web site and saw the car status in production but with SG! I freaked and called my SA and he told me dont worry. 2 days later the status was updated on the site and my color and options were set right. Scared me though..
