It runs with the normal groups. Your essentially doing a normal day and we take your times through 2nd & 3rd session (sometimes 4th as well), and put them in order and thats how its decided. You signed up for timing right?

So preparing for next weekend I took my tires to scrub up on the canyons hope it helped.

I had a cel come on for both precat o2 sensors but after a couple days the light went away on its own. I read the codes but cleared then on accident so my service guy said come in when it comes back.

During the canyon run I did some hard pulls to see if car was acting up or would throw the code again. nothing out of the ordinary. wondering now if it was just a bad batch of gas. it triggered on my commute home so traffic and low rpm cruising. Hope I see limp mode on Saturday

Don't see limp mode. Gonna call safe guard to see if they allow indy shops to do work then should be all good to go.

It's not me that you should be worried about. There are a lot of people way faster than me. Also, with the NT01s, it bumped me into B2, which is what #86 is running. My goal is just to keep up with him and i'll be happy.

What kind of times do people running in the green group at ACS get? I want to run with you guys in the green group but since it's my first time there (and walls + not gonna buy track insurance) I don't want to hold people back/be the slowest in the group lol. Also I'm not gonna compete in Bimmer Challenge bc I'd be in B2 and there's no point so I won't be too concerned with times, just want to have a good time lol. Pretty torn between black and green.

No reason not to run bimmer challenge. It's free and doesn't change anything about your day. If your running sub 2 you should be ok for green. Even lower is better. But since it's your first time there what would you be comparing that too?

If your running sub 2 at BW, you should be even quicker here. It's way less technical and favors the high horsepower cars. As long as your comfortable with open passing you should be ok in green I would think.

Must spare myself the embarrassment! Just kidding, I may sign up for Bimmer Challenge when I get there so we'll see. My method of comparison is pretty unreliable, I'm just looking at youtube videos of people lapping ACS and judging if I would be able to drive the same LOL! My "research" shows that I'll prob be running sub 2 minutes so I'll sign up for the green group. Thanks for the insight

Recently joined the sub 2 min club at BW lol but hopefully I'll be able to pick up the track pretty quickly. I'll be studying up on the MotoIQ Billy Johnson write up before Saturday!

has anyone replaced their front tension rod bushings with monoballs yet? was it for performance or were yours worn out? these seem to be talked about on aftermarket websites like they get worn out quicker with track use and bbk's. i'm sure wear is accelerated with track use, bbk, and stickier tires, but i just don't know when about that happens.
is there a way of checking? like push/pull/twisting anything? there is other crap i "need" [want] for $400, but actually worn stuff gets priority. i'm getting a slight vibration from my steering wheel, but its with my track tires. i'd have to further diagnose with street tires.

Yeah I've done it before at dealer but wondering if independent shops work as well

At ACS it wrong be about times but will you be able to take the roval without adjusting your lines if going three or four side by side in the bank and the braking zone. Your car should be fast there

Are your track wheels balanced? are all the weights still there?

I've been there. Had to do that after getting jiggy with it running Hankook TDs. I went down to RS-3s.

That's weird. I feel so much more confident on my R comps.
