Weird Cluster issues - JBE Module?

E92 M3 2009 ESS 625

Car sat for a day and came back to it completely dead. Key didn't work wipers halfway up. Jumped it and drove fine, alternator charged battery, battery tested good.

A day later, the cluster menu section started navigation through the menus randomly like someone was pressing the stalk buttons. 'Check Control, time setting, TPMS, etc..' Also had TPMS light come on and go away seconds later.

Scanned car for codes, got a A3A9 - Instrument cluster switch signal.

I'm thinking its the JBE module? I ordered a used one from a e93 M3 and will rewrite with NCS to my factory VIN and FA.
