Hahaha... eu emission laws are so strict.

I don’t recall anyone writing that in this thread. What I have read is that pretty much no one complains about raw fuel smell when they eliminate the front cats and retain the rear cats. My guess is that BMW runs 4 cats not to get rid of a raw fuel smell, but rather to reduce emissions by converting carbon monoxide in the exhaust gas to carbon dioxide. It’s not like there was a raw fuel smell 20 years ago when cars had only one cat.

I bought it new and the install ran $350 due to hiding the cables + the labor time. PM me and I can send you vids

Don’t have any specific experience with the three you’re asking. Someone mentioned Corsa, I had this on an E46. Its a fantastic system, no drone, sleeper when driving normal, but a damn great sound at WOT.

On my M3, definitely even mire satisfied with my DINAN (w/ race x-pipe). Non-stop compliments and all the same experiences as the Corsa. These pop up every now and then used, jump all over it if you get a chance.

And for those talking about smell, you’re just plain silly bro. Find a new hobby.

Everyone's tolerance for sound is different, although there seems to be a pretty direct correlation with age and noise.

I had Active Autowerk test pipes on my first E9x with the ACM muffler...talk about loud. Only had it on the car for a few months before going back to the stock rear, but leaving the TPs.

One of my favorite rear section sounds is Borla Atak on an otherwise stock car.

Nice thing is they are easy enough to change. Some guys go through many iterations before settling.

If you’re smelling gas with test pipes, you probably have a leak.

Corsa. I've had so many exhaust setups, including valvetronic and at this point, i wont recommend anything but the Corsa.

Checkout my build thread for more info.

I seriously wish I could hear that exhaust in person because that would be the best. I trust everyone's opinion here I'm sure the Corsa sounds the best. But being able to shut the sound on and off is something I'm very interested in. I also really do want it pretty loud. I think with the ACM test pipes combo upfront I would be in a really good spot.
