Im sorry, and please don't take offense but I have to agree with Sean. The car looks really nice, the new nav prob adds 2k over other 08's but there aren't many 2008's that are actually selling for more than 40k. Sure people are asking for that much but thats why their FS threads are still up. There was a 2009 e92 on here about 2 weeks ago that had every option and had over a year or so left on the warranty. Asking price was 42k so Idk what he got for it. I really hope you get that asking price but I think 40k would be what you can get for the car with your low milage.

Actually if the car was CPO'd it would sell in the PNW easily all day long for that price, especially with the new CIC update. Thats reality.

Florida, California, New York and the big cities they are going for lower but thats the price you guys pay in overpopulated states/cities. The states/cities with less people will and have paid more for the same car.

What I think is just stupid here in San Diego is a 3D movie is $18.50 a ticket when the same experience in BFE Oregon in 3D is $9.00 and people here pay that. Oh well... lol

well a non weed smoking price would be hmmm around. 42-43k.... i tried selling my car with 50k miles in mint condition for 41 and no bite.. also just be advised that my car is in mint condition seats are flawless compare to some 2011 or 2012 models. then tried to sell it for 35k then i backed out maybe i was smokin too much or didnt smoke any that day at all... . also with the mods you have it wont matter how much you spent, no one will pay the extra amount for that mod. I suggest to to swap it with someone plus cash for $1500+ ... FYI.. a CIC update cost 2500 installed and thats with parts and labor and coded.

Thanks for the heads up Sean. I got 3 voicemails on my car as of this morning and haven't even had it listed for 48 hours. So far I've heard around 44 from 2 different buyers and I'm open to talking.

I suppose if someone wants the car for low money then I'll just put the bald tires back on and let them front the 1900 for new ones or find a used set, suppose I could pull off the LCI tails too if anyone would be interested for their car.
