Error codes with shaking during limp mode

Hey all, I have a 2010 e90 M3 approaching 85k miles and recently after a decent length drive, I encountered the DSC malfunction along with a slew of other warning lights including increased emissions. When the car approaches around 3k rpm, the car begins to buck and shake. I tried shutting the car down and restarting but was met with the same issues. I've never experienced limp mode before so I'm uncertain if this is the normal experience.

My initial assumption was that this is bank 2 throttle actuator failing since bank 1 was replaced by a previous owner. I picked up a OBDLinkCX with Bimmerlink to pull the codes and it returned many errors but did not indicate throttle actuator failure. I have noticed recently that it does take a few cranks before the engine fires but once on, the car idles fine. I have not attempted any repairs yet and looking for some advice before I start going and replacing parts. Thanks in advanced.

The error codes are:

27A9: crankshaft sensor
2760: VANOS maximum stop outlet bank 1

5E1A: 5E1A - CAN DME / DDE signal error.
5FF0: CAN vehicle speed: timeout or invalid
5FF8: CAN wheel speeds: timeout or invalid

A0B5: Signalerkennung_Geschwindigkeit_Fehler

E1CC: Device did not accept or confirm the monitoring message (Error_Monitoring)

E59A: Telegram yaw rate timeout
E59C: Telegram PT-CAN steering angle timeout
E594: Telegram steering angle timeout

5E1A: 5E1A - CAN DME / DDE signal error.

Experienced with a malfunctioning throttle actuator, the car goes into limp mode, but the car doesn't jolt and shake.

The car has been dormant for about a week. I decided to drive the car over to storage until I can determine what to do with it.

The M3 start up just fine and idled normally. Drove it around the block and as long as I keep it under 2k rpm, it drives fine. Accelerating above 2k, the car begins to shake and a squealing sound is audible. Is this what misfiring is? I haven't experienced what exactly is misfiring so I cannot tell if this is it.

Here's a video of me limping the car over to storage. You can hear the shaking in the beginning and then more towards the end when the car enters limp mode.

Follow up for anyone in the future experiencing similar issues. The culprit was loose bolts on the crank position sensor. Once the bolts were fastened properly and codes cleared, everything operated normally.

The sensor was underneath the car. If I'm not incorrect, it's number 20 in this diagram: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=23_1063
