Emergency call button

Hi guys, do you know how the subscription works on these cars. Does the button deactivate after a certain amount of years? I have an 08. Every morning I get a warning now saying the call button is disabled. How do I permanently get rid of this warning every morning? Does your older car do this?

are you saying you get the SOS failure alert? is your bluetooth operational?

i'm having a similiar issue and trying to resolve it too.
