Charlie@Mckenna Bmw...nuff said
Last week, i messaged Charlie@mckenna Bmw and asked him if it's possible to service my M3 even though i still have 1200-1500 miles left before the scheduled maintenance, Charlie asked me to bring the car in and he will see what he can do. Brought my car early in the morning expecting that he will tell me that its too early for a service, but i was mistaken. Charlie took care of my car and hooked me up with a loaner. I know it sounds basic but after leaving the service dept. Charlie called me and informed me that he would like to do cover other issues that i didn't even recognize that he saw during the inspection. After a few other issues that we discussed, he asked me if i can leave the car so they can work on it, i never hesitated because this was the first time that a SA actually pointed out other issues that i could've never caught and that says a lot. I picked up my car this afternoon and i can tel a big difference on how my car runs and handles. I live a few blocks away from a local BMW dealership but i wouldn't mind driving to Norwalk to get the service for my car. Highly recommended!!

Is Charlie still there?
Do they still give nice discounts on service?

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
