I am running stock tire sizes right now though.
I have heard some guys running 10mm with the 295, it is actually pretty wild how much cars can vary but I rubbed the sidewall with 12.5 on the stock PSS with a passenger in the car even with the bump cut off.

You're running 5mm spacers on ZCP wheels with 295s in the rear? Do you have any pics of that? I have 275/295 on my stock E92 ZCP without any spacers and the 295s rubbed ever so slightly (visually only, not audibly) on the outer rear fender when they were brand new. The couple of millimeters of tire that was rubbing has since shaved off and they're fine now.

Not yet, just put them on. I used a dremel and cut that black liner bump off inside the wheel well and no more rubbing ( I actually did this while running stock size pss with 12mm spacers) I did go 255 in the front mainly because our roads suck and the fact the 275 is no where to be found for another 6 weeks.

VS the PSS you are picking up 14lb of rotating weight with the s04. That is equal to a 140lb passenger at all times. Just something to think about.

Quick question related to the rear PSS. On tirerack, the M3 fitment they are showing in 265/35ZR19 is Michelin Pilot Super Sport Blackwall Mercedes. Is the "Mercedes" the right tire?

I noticed that too. The BMW approved/designated tires have a star on the sidewall. Does anyone know if the PSS 265 tire has "Mercedes" or the Mercedes icon on the sidewall?

What did you end up going with -- the 245 + 265 PSS's or the 255 + 275 PSS's? I am also trying to decide. Mainly:

1) Does the OEM PSS size look stretched on the ZCPs like my current OEM ContiSport 3's do? Does anyone have pics of the 245 + 265 PSS set up?

2) Is there any performance, steering response, or gas mileage loss with the 255 + 275 PSS set up?

I'm running 295/30/19 PSS tires on zcp rims. On full compression the rear tires hit the fender, but barely. After a couple of weeks, I haven't heard the tires hit the fender anymore. The traction is unbelievable even almost fbo

I'm running PSS 255/275 with my ZCP wheels, and they are just so much better than PS2s and Contis when it comes to ride quality and wet performance.

Take the spacers off and you will be good. No way with 12mm spacers though.

I'm already on 12 mm spacers in the rear and running 285s.. an extra 10 ratio in the back will make it impossible?

It would actually be 5mm more to the outside. It could be the difference of rubbing and not rubbing. I was always told you really can't go beyond 5mm spacer with a 285 out back. Every car is a little different.

The PSS is the widest 295 on the market, even wider than the AD08R. You could probably run any other brand but not the PSS. I rub the side wall just a touch with a 5mm spacer on the sidewall. I actually took it back off and I have no rubbing on Eibach.

Dave
There were times when I rubbed the side wall with the stock PSS with a 12mm spacer. Others were no where close but if I had a passenger it would rub. I was really concerned at first with the 295 but I think the decrease in diameter helps with the clearance. That and the fender gap is perfectly even with the 255/295 setup on Eibach. I am using a 10mm spacer in the front and it does not rub. I tried 12mm in the front but the right tire rubbed pretty good. Left tire was good.
I will post a picture tonight, I said I would over a week ago and I totally forgot.

I guess I will just have to try it then.... I have a sedan which some say has a lil bit more room in the rears.. for a fact right now my 285 PS2 with 12 spacer lowered on RDSport is NOT rubbing at all. Im going to throw on these 295 PSS and report back. Worst case I will take off the spacers or trade them for a set of 5MM ones..

Here are a few shots of the 295 on the rear. No spacers at the moment and no rubbing even with passenger and Eibach
I know this is a 255/275 thread but a few were asking for pics.
Because the tire is square on the wheel it really shows off the concave design of the zcp wheel. Something that cant really be seen in pictures. In the future I will put them on wider wheels as I know it is better suited to that but for now the grip level is incredible compared to the stock tire.
